I am so excited to tell you guys that my first recipe post is finally up! I decided to post it on HubPages though and I would really appreciate it if you guys click the link below and check it out and hopefully try out the recipe! It’s one of my favourites and of course it tastes a bit different from the real thing since it’s vegan but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Even if you’re not vegan do try out the recipe I think everyone will enjoy it whether they’re vegan or not!
Our world is changing rapidly. Modern society is replacing joint families with small nuclear ones. Nowadays, both parents are opting for a job, which leaves children under the care of housemaids. This lets children do whatever they like. They have become more comfortable in their houses. Rather than stepping out and exploring outdoor activities, kids prefer video games, television and smartphones. These gadgets have become the new toys for modern children.
In this environment, summer vacations have become a period of lethargy for school children. Rather than learning and doing productive activities, children waste their time on electronic gadgets. It is a stressful for parents as they do not know what might be the best way to keep their children active during this time.
This summer vacation, encourage your children to do productive activities which will not only enhance their knowledge but will also help them to inculcate good values.
If you’ve ever bought makeup you probably know it can cost way too much sometimes and that’s why I thought I would share some of my favourite affordable makeup products with you guys!
Long-wear Lip Liner Pencil ($1) – Although it is called long-wear I have to admit that if you’re planning on eating with this on you’re probably going to have to touch up but if you’re not going to eat while wearing this it does last quite a while. It also goes on really smoothly and is absolutely one of my favourite lip pencils!
2. Velvet Matte Lipstick ($3) – I love that these colours are pretty matte but not too dry like some of the other matte lipsticks I’ve used. Again they don’t always last so carry it around with you.
3. Total Face Sponge ($4) – I didn’t know what to expect from the sponges but I really liked this one! It’s super soft and pretty easy to blend with!
4. Intense Ink Eyeliner ($3)- like it says in the name it is really intense and I am usually not a fan of eyeliner (because I always mess it up…) but I really like this one! It’s pretty easy to use and I love how dark and intense it looks.
5. Matte Lip Color ($3 per lip color)– These colours are really pretty (I haven’t tried the cranberry one yet but it looks really nice too in the picture!) and really matte. I usually add some lip-gloss over them when I use them since I like a more glossy look but that’s just an option!

So if you’ve noticed I haven’t been on the blog for a bit or posting it’s because my amazing WiFi decided to stop working. Just randomly decided nope I’m not going to work anymore who cares how inconvenient it will be for everyone.
Oh and then my laptop fell apart. I mean it literally just randomly fell apart as soon and I opened it.
Anyway I’ll be blogging as per usual from next week if my WiFi and laptop decide to behave.
Thanks for reading this post and if you enjoyed this post don’t forget to like, follow, share and comment!
I have learned many things, some of which made a difference in my life. One of which, is learning to “try again”, which for some is easy enough but for others like myself, “trying again” is scary and makes us overwhelmed, makes us anxious and gives us stress. Stress we don’t need nor want. I can tell you of many incidences where I wanted to try again but didn’t due to fear and not knowing, due to low self esteem and negative thinking and due to lack of courage. I grew up on “trying” and giving it my best; my mom always told me and my siblings this growing up — and even then it was easier said than done. Almost like now. Where trying something for a second or third time seems like a waste of time, especially when you don’t know how it will end.
So I finally decided to join Instagram! To check out my profile click here.
I decided to join because firstly I wanted to share my blog posts on it and secondly I thought it would be fun to share a bit more of my life and what I’m doing because as much as I try to share on my blog I can’t really share everything I do every 20 seconds because that would be weird and slightly annoying but totally normal on Instagram! 😂
I also wanted to sort of make more memories and I thought this would give me more incentive to go out more often and also try new things. It also help me kind of document my life and this way I have pictures/videos to look back at and remember stuff and smile!
I am also planning on sharing vegan and vegetarian recipes as well as some posts about makeup (like tips and my favourite brands) because I feel like Instagram would be better for that then my blog.
So if you want to get more of an insight into my life and just what it’s like for me day to day as well as vegan/vegetarian recipes or stuff about makeup make sure to follow me and feel free to DM me whenever!
